建筑业实施绿色施工技术问题探究

Study on Green Construction Technology Problems in the Implementation of Construction Industry

绿色施工是利用科学合理、先进的绿色施工技术和管理方法,做到最大限度地节约各项资源,降低对环境的负面影响的活动,绿色施工技术是实现绿色施工的基础.本文通过对绿色施工发展的理论回顾,论述了目前国内外绿色施工发展、评价及建筑企业在国际市场通过绿色管理质量的重要性.提出了展开对绿色施工技术评价的研究,建立健全建筑工程"绿色施工技术评价体系"以促进绿色建筑施工技术推广的建议.

Green construction is the activity which makes use of the scientific, reasonable and advanced green construction technology and management method to maximally save the resources and reduce the negative effect on the environment. Green construction technology is fundamental for the implementation of green construction. Through the theoretical review of the green construction development, this paper expounds the importance of the current green construction development and evaluation at home and abroad, and the importance for the construction enterprises to guarantee the construction qualitythrough green management in the international market. The paper purposes to carry out the evaluation research of the green construction technology, to establish and improve ＂the evaluation system of the green construction technology＂ for the construction engineering, so as to facilitate the promotion of the green construction technology.
