苯并吲哚盐的合成及荧光性质研究

摘要 以2-萘胺为原料,经重氮化反应、还原反应制得2-萘肼,再与甲基异丙基酮经费歇尔吲哚合成反应制得2,3,3-三甲基-1H-苯并[e]吲哚,再经烷基化反应制得几种不同取代基的苯并吲哚衍生物,其结构经1HNMR表征,并初步研究了几种衍生物的光谱性质. By using 2-naphthylamine as raw material, 2-naphthalene hydrazine was synthesized through diazotization and reduction reaction. Then 2, 3, 3-trimethyl-benzo [e] indole was obtained when the 2-naphthalene hydrazine reacted with methyl isopropyl ketone. Several benzindole derivatives with different substituent groups were obtained through alkylation reaction. The structures were characterized by IHNMR and a preliminary study of the spectral quality of the derivatives was conducted.
