Optitimize of "Sha chong shuang" Sulfonating technique

在磺化反应前将(CH_3)_2NCH_2CHClCH_2Cl·HCl进行蒸馏处理后,溶于有机溶剂,然后加入NaOH调节pH值,溶液在60℃左右回流4～5h,反应结束回收溶剂后,冷却至-5～0℃,结晶得到白色晶体,产品收率有明显提高,同时异构体含量也降低不少。

Before the sulfonating reaction, (CH3)2NCH2CHClCH2Cl·HCl should be distillated first, then dissolve it in organic solvent, and NaOH is used to adjust pH. The mixt. is heated at 60℃for 4-5 h, then reclaim the solvent. Finally, cool it to-5-0℃ and gain white crystals. This technique can improve the yield and reduce contents of isomer.
