摘要
用反应球磨法制备了70Mg30CxNi纳米复合材料,研究了在反应球磨过程Ni元素对复合材料物相、粒度的影响,Ni元素在氢气反应球磨过程中,Ni元素硬度大有利于Mg/C材料的快速纳米化,平均纳米晶粒度只有20-35nm。Ni元素的加入,对镁碳材料储氢量影响显著,当Ni的添加量为4%时,储氢量为4.82%,330℃放氢量达到4.69%,因此,适量Ni的加入,有助于镁碳材料动力学性能的改善。
The nanocrystalline 70Mg30CxNi materials were prepared by ball milling technology, The infulence of phases and mesh size of Ni were investigated. Element Ni that favored Mg/C material fast nanocrystallization. The average nanocrystal is 20--35nm and hydrogen storage capacity is 4. 82% and dehydriding capacity is4. 69% when Ni addition to 4%. The result showed that Ni was helpful for enhancing the hydriding--dehydriding property of Mg/C materials.
