随着人们生活水平的提高,果汁饮料深受大家的喜爱,在人们的生活中扮演着重要的角色。饮料中防腐剂——山梨酸(钾)的测定,成为食品相关专业学生的重要实训任务之一。针对实训环节中存在的相关问题作一些研究和探讨。
