摘要
通过对广东省女子短跑运动员备战第11届全运会阶段的生化指标进行监测,为建立有效的女子短跑项目机能评定指标监测体系提供理论依据,为第十二届全运会赛前科研提供借鉴.监测指标包括血睾酮、血清肌酸激酶、尿素氮、血红蛋白等.结果表明:HB、BUN、T、CK等指标的综合使用,对评定女子短跑运动员的身体机能水平有较强的实用性和针对性.
Through monitoring partial biochemistry target to Guangdong female short distance runners preparing for 11th national games period, the paper offers theoretical basis for effective functional status evaluation to female short distance running program, as well as refers to pre-contest research for to-be coming 12th national games. Methods:Monitoring indicators include serum testosterone, serum creatine kinase, blood urea nitrogen, hemoglobin. It is concluded that it has strong practicability and pertinence to assess body function level of women sprinters with the integrated internal use of the indexes such as Haemoglobin, BUN, testosterone, and Creatine kinase.
