摘要
托尔斯顿·胡森提出的教育机会均等理论(起点均等论、过程均等论和结果均等论)为分析高考移民现象提供了基础和前提。我国东部、中部、西部教育资源分配存在较大差异,我国高考移民现象普遍存在有其客观需求。在教育机会均等的大背景下,对于高考移民现象予以合理的引导,国家、教育管理部门、学校、家长责无旁贷。
The theory of Torston Hu Sen proposed equal educational opportunities (starting on equality, process equality theory and results on the equal) to provide the foundation and premise for the analysis of the phenomenon of migration for the college entrance examination. There is a big difference in the east, central, western in the education resource distribution, the migration of our country universal existence has its objective demand. In the background of the equality of educational opportunity, we should make a reasonable guide to the phenomenon of migration for the college entrance examination, and some factors (national, educational administrative departments, schools, parents) can not shirk its responsibility.
