It is of great significance to students in vocational colleges to combine the ideological education on students with the career planning teaching. This kind of combination could innovate the ideological education methods and promote the educational effect. The paper argues that the guarantee of promoting effect is to strengthen the training of ideological teaching staff, innovate the curricula, establish an effective ideological educational system and perfect the evaluation system.
