人脐带间充质干细胞向血管内皮细胞的定向分化及临床应用进展 被引量:3

摘要 间充质干细胞是1974年被科学家Friedenstein等[1]。首次从骨髓细胞中分离并鉴定的新型干细胞,主要存在于中胚层,是一种具有自我复制能力的多潜能细胞。这种细胞普遍存在于动物骨膜、松质骨及脂肪组织中[2],且在一定条件下可以诱导分化为软骨细胞、成骨细胞、脂肪细胞、心肌细胞、骨骼肌细胞、神经细胞及支持造血的基质等。其弱的免疫原性在很大程度上降低了移植物抗宿主病的发生概率,使其成为细胞组织工程与细胞水平疾病治疗的一个重要来源。特别是近年随着干细胞治疗越来越广泛地应用于临床研究与治疗,
