CT在卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤诊断中的应用

Application of CT Manifestations in Diagnosis of Ovarian Thecoma

目的探讨CT对卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2009年1月—2012年10月收治的经病理证实的17例卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤的CT表现和临床资料。结果 17例均为单发肿瘤,呈圆形、卵圆形或分叶状。肿块直径4.3～15.2 cm;CT平扫肿块密度均匀6例,不均匀11例,增强扫描呈渐进性轻度强化。结论卵巢卵泡膜细胞瘤的CT表现具有一定特征性,增强扫描有助于卵泡膜细胞瘤的诊断,但确诊仍需病理诊断。

Objective To explore the value of CT manifestations in diagnosis of ovarian thecoma （OT）. Meth- ods CT manifestations and clinical data of 17 patients with OT confirmed by pathology admitted during January 2009 and October 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All tumors were single with round, oval masses or lobulated. The tumor diameters were 4.3 - 15.2 cm; the homogeneous density by plain ct scan was found in 6 patients. The solid part of the masses had mild delayed enhancement, and inhomogeneous density was found in 11 patients. Enhancement scanning showed gradual mild reinforcement. Conclusion Ovarian thecoma shows some obvious CT features, and enhancement scanning may be helpful in diagnosis, but the final diagnosis depends on pathologic diagnosis.
