摘要
自我开发是高技能人才挖掘自身潜力、完善自我的重要方式。隐性知识的特征、人才成长的规律以及企业培训的局限性等要求自我开发成为高技能人员不断提升自身能力的必然选择。从企业实际情况来看,基于创新能力提升的"自我钻研"途径、基于隐性知识习得的"干中学"途径、基于技能水平评价的"技术比赛"途径是高技能人才自我开发的三种重要路径。
Self-development of hi-skilled talents is an important way to dig their potential and improve themself. The feature of tacit knowledge, the regular pattern of the talents and limitations of enterprise training require that self -development is the inevitable choice to improve their ability. From the respective of enterprise reality, self study based on the improvement of innovation ability, study-to-work based on acquiring tacit knowledge and technology competition based on evaluation in technology level are three paths to development themselves.
