摘要
兼职教师在高职院校对促进专业发展、加强课程建设、加速校内外实验实训基地建设、深化教学模式与教学方法改革起到了不可替代的作用。同时使职业教育与就业教育融为一体,在改变学生的就业观念上也起到了积极的促进作用。然而,兼职教师在使用过程中也存在一些被忽略的问题。譬如兼职教师理论性不强、教学方法欠缺、上课随意性大、与学生交流少、出勤率得不到保障等方面给教学管理带来了一定难度,也影响着教学质量的提高。
Part-time teachers play an irreplaceable role in promoting professional development, strengthening curriculum development, accelerating the construction of school experiment bases, and deepening reform of teaching mode and teaching method in vocational colleges. They also play a positive role in integrating vocational education and employment education and changing students' employment concept. However, there are some problems ignored. For example, not enough theory, the lack of teaching methods, and less communication with students. And attendance can not be guaranteed. All these result in the improvement of teaching management and teaching quality.
