摘要
现有理论及动物和人体实验研究均表明,膳食高钙摄入可以降低体脂含量,有效减轻体重。本文以动物和人体实验为依据,阐述有关膳食高钙摄入对体脂和体重变化的研究进程及理论研究中对其作用机理的解释,说明膳食钙的摄入可以通过降低细胞Ca2+浓度而抑制脂肪的生成,拮抗抑制agouti蛋白的表达以达到减轻体重的效果。
There are evidences from both animal experiments and human experiments that high calcium dietary can reduce body fat and weight. This paper aims at reviewing animal experiments and human experiments to illustrate the process and mechanism of high calcium dietary on body fat and weight, to explain high calcium dietary reduce the produce of fat by decrease the cellular calcium concentration, reduce weight by antagonism the express of agouti protein.
