This article analyses the sunset review mechanism for laws and regulations clearance and points out that the current clean-up mechanism adopts comprehensive clean-up mode that lacks unified planning Therefore, the economic criteria for laws and regulations cleating should maximize the public benefits and promote efficiency. Theoretically, the sunset reviews system is an optimized mechanism embodying the principle of efficiency and public benefits.
