A New Path for the Development of LED Industry: Energy Management Contract

中国LED产业发展潜力巨大,且市场前景广阔,在市场拓展方面可以尝试应用合同能源管理模式。该模式具有多方共赢特点,契合于LED产业特征,而且两者均得到国家政策的大力支持,因此具有较强的可行性,但其仍将面临资金风险、技术风险与违约风险三大类潜在风险。为促进这一新模式的开展,政府部门、金融机构与企业应整合本领域资源,做好市场规范、资金支持与技术能力提升这三大环节工作。

Chinese LED industry has huge potential for development and broad prospects of the market. Energy Management Contract （EMC） could be a new path for LED industry to expand the market. EMC is characterized with multi- win-win, corresponding to the requirements of the LED industry and both of which get the policy support. However, there exist potential risks, including capital risk, technical risk and default risk. To promote the new path, government sector, financial institutions and enterprises should strive to regulate the market, provide the capital support and enhance the technical capability respectively.
