肾康注射液辅助治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床研究

A clinical study of Shenkang injection for treatment of chronic renal failure

目的研究分析肾康注射液辅助治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效。方法以84例确诊为CRF患者为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组41例,采用常规疗法治疗;观察组43例,在常规疗法的基础上联合肾康注射液进行治疗。观察比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.35%,对照组治疗总有效率为80.49%,观察组患者的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肾康注射液辅助治疗CRF疗效确切,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Shenkang injection in treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods 84 patients diagnosed with chronic renal failure in our hospital were divided into two groups：observation group（ n = 43 ） and control group （ n = 41 ）. The patients in control group were given conventional therap. The patients in observation group were given Shenkang injec- tion in combination with conventional therapy. The clinical effect was observed. Results The total efficacy rate was 95.35% in the ob- servation group and 80.49% in the control group. The clinical effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group. Conclusion The Shenkang injection for treatment of chronic renal failure is safe and effective.
