Research Status of Lower Teleosts' Intermuscular Bone

鱼类肌间小骨指位于肌节之间的硬骨小刺,由肌隔结缔组织骨化而成。在总结国内外有关肌间小骨研究成果的基础上,从肌间小骨数目、形态和发生等方面对低等真骨鱼类肌间小骨的研究做了综述和展望,以期为今后肌间小骨的分子机制研究提供一些参考。

Intermuscular bones ossify from connective tissues and locate between sarcomeres. By summarizing foreign and domestic research findings, this paper introduces the number,morphology,occurrence of intermuscular bones of the lower teleosts, in the hope of offering some references to the study of molecular mechanism of intermuscular bones.
