摘要
文章通过对K+、Na+∥Cl- 、SO=4 ———H2 O四元体系相图的分析 ,介绍了以氯化钾和芒硝为原料制取硫酸钾的三种工艺方法 ,证明了二步复分解法的K+回收率最高 ,计算出其物料配比 ,指出可以用饱和硝水代替芒硝 ,并提出二步复分解法的生产工艺流程。
Through analysis of four component systems of K +,Na +∥CI -,SO = 4—H 2O,the three technological processes of potassium sulfate production from potassium chloride and Glauber's salt are introduced in this paper.It is proved that recovery rate of potassium is highest in the process of two-step double decomposition. The dispensation of potassium chloride and Glauber's salt is calculated. And the two-step double decomposition process is proposed.
