SZ36-1油田含聚稠油脱水技术研究

摘要 针对SZ36-1油田含聚稠油破乳温度高、脱水效果差的问题,研究了影响含聚稠油脱水的主要因素,实验发现,随着聚合物含量的增加,脱水率先升高后降低,含油量逐渐升高;随着含水率、温度的升高,脱水率逐渐提高。通过破乳剂复配与添加助剂,选出FJM(组成比例为L101:EC2211A:甲醇:二乙二醇丁醚=2:2:1:1)为最佳破乳剂,使用浓度为300 mg/L,温度为75℃,90 min时的脱水率达到95.4%,出水清、界面齐,在低于原破乳温度的情况下,达到了理想的脱水效果。 Main factors on dehydration were investigated to resovle the high demulsifying temperature and poor dehydrating effect of heavy oil containing polymer produced from the SZ36-1 oil field.It is found that dehydration rate increases at first, then decreases,as polymer content increase,whereas oil content increase.Besides,dehydration rate increases as the tem- perature and water content increase.The selection of high efficiency demulsifiers was con- ducted by compounding the demulsifiers and adding additive.The optimum demulsifier is FJM-its composition is L101:EC2211A: methanol:diethylene glycol monobutyl ether when the temperature is 75 ℃ and the demulsifier concentration is 300 mg/L,and its dehydration rate reaches 95.4 % after 90 rain with clean water and uncluttered interface, achieving the ideal effect below the original demulsifying temperature.
