摘要
研究了傅里叶红外光谱测定烃类航空润滑油中抗氧剂2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(DBPC)的含量时影响因素。可能影响红外光谱测定2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚的含量准确度的因素包括基础油、基础油中氧化物、添加剂等。为此,进行了研究,发现基础油不同会对测量值带来较大误差,用液体石蜡作为基础油来绘制工作曲线,并进行校正,可以降低测量误差。其它因素对测定值都不会影响。
Researched the measure affects factor to 2,6-Di-tert-butyl-P-Cresol in Hydro- carbon Aviation lubricating oils by infrared spectrophotometric.The affects factor include foundation oil, oxide and additive.Diffirent foundation oil can bring to measure the error margin.Solve the method is manufacture the work curve with the liquid paraffin,and carry on correct,can lower the diagraph error margin.Other factors can't affect.
