摘要
本文对乙烯基酯树脂和环氧树脂共混改性的 RTM工艺专用树脂体系及其复合材料性能进行研究。共混树脂体系 RTM工艺复合材料的动态机械性能、拉伸及冲击性能研究结果表明,混合型树脂体系的复合材料耐热及力学性能接近或达到环氧树脂体系的性能,成本却比环氧树脂低 1/3以上。采用不同树脂体系的共混改性方法是研究和开发具有良好工艺性、耐热性和力学性 能的低成本 RTM工艺树脂体系的有效途径。
: The thermal and mechanical properties of the composites with mixture modification resin systems were studied in the research. The modified resin systems was the mixture of 992 vinyl ester resin(Ashland product)and 711epoxy resin systems.The DMA, tensile and impact properties of the compostie materials were investigated. It is shown that the heat resistance and mechanical properties of the composites molded with the mixture resin systems were higher than those of the vinyl ester resin composites.Some properties of the composites with the modified resin system were even highter than those of the epoxy composites. The two resin systems can be well mixed.The developed mixture resin systems can be used to fabricate structure composite parts with RTM process.
