摘要
目的观察白花丹参水提物对实验性糖尿病肾病大鼠肾功能的影响,明确其治疗作用。方法以高糖高脂饮食喂养的78只雄性Wistar大鼠尾静脉注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)35 mg·kg-1建立糖尿病肾病(DN)模型,随机分为空白组、模型组、西药组、中药大、中、小剂量组,分别于给药第6周和12周后测24 h尿蛋白、尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)、空腹血糖(FPG)、血清肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、甘油三脂(TG)、α1-微球蛋白(α1-MG)和尿转铁蛋白(TRF)等指标,进行统计分析。结果与模型组相比,中药组、西药组对糖尿病肾病模型大鼠血糖和肾功能均有显著的治疗作用,FPG、Scr、BUN、TG、24 h尿蛋白、mAlb、α1-MG和TRF等指标均优于模型组(P<0.01);中药治疗组随剂量的增加,效果显著提高,而以中药大剂量组效果最好,明显优于其他各组(P<0.01)。结论白花丹参水提物对糖尿病肾病大鼠肾功能有显著的保护作用,可以改善肾功能,延缓糖尿病肾病的发生发展。
Objective To explore the impacts of the extract of salvia mihiorrhizabge. F. alba. on re- nal function in the rats of experimental diabetic nephropathy(DN) and determine its therapeutic effect. Meth- ods Seventy - eight male Wistar rats fed with high - glucose and high - fat diet. The intravenous injection of streptozotocin(STZ) ,35 mg~ kg-l in the tail was used to establish DN model. The rats were randomized into a blank group, a model group, a western medicine group, a big - dose Chinese medicine group, a middle - dose Chinese medicine group and a small - dose Chinese medicine group. Separately, in the 6th and 12th weeks, the levels of 24 h PRO,mAlb, FPG,Scr,BUN ,TG ,otl -MG and TRF were detected for statistical a- nalysis. Results Compared with the model group,the therapeutic effect on blood glucose and renal function were significant in DF model rats of the Chinese medicine groups and the western medicine group, The levels of FPG,Scr,BUN,TG,24 h PRO,mAlb,etl -MG and TRF were better than those in the model group(P 〈 0.01 ). The efficacy was increasing significantly with the dose increase in the Chinese medicine treatment groups,in which, the effect was the best in the big - dose Chinese medicine group, apparently superior to the other groups ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The extract of salvia mihiorrhizabge, f. alba has the significant protec- tion on renal function of DN rats. It improves renal function and delays the progression of DN.
