解郁燥痰散瘀汤联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗多囊卵巢性不孕症82例

82 Cases of Infertility in Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Treated with Jieyu Zaotan Sanyu Decoction and Clomifene Citrate

目的总结于增瑞教授运用自拟解郁燥痰散瘀汤联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗多囊卵巢性不孕症的临床辨治经验,提高中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢性不孕症的诊治水平。方法 82例符合多囊卵巢性不孕症纳入条件的不孕症患者,采用自拟经验方解郁燥痰散瘀汤联合西药枸橼酸氯米芬进行治疗,并观察记录其治疗结果及临床表现。依据《国际中医妇科诊断标准与疗效评价标准》进行评价。结果 82例患者中,痊愈者61例,占患者总人数的74.39%,好转者18例,占患者总人数的21.95%,无效者3例,占患者总人数的3.66%。患者激素水平、体重及体重指数与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论解郁燥痰散瘀汤联合枸橼酸氯米芬对多囊卵巢综合征合并不孕症有较好疗效,安全性好。可以为临床治疗多囊卵巢性不孕症提供借鉴与参考。

Objective To summarize the clinical experiences of Prof. Yu Zeng - rui in the treatment of infertility of polycystic ovarian syndrome（PCOS） with the self - prepared Jieyu Zaotan Sanyu Decoction and Clomifene Citrate so as to improve the therapeutic result of PCOS infertility with the integrated Chinese and western medicine. Methods Eighty - two patients of PCOS infertility were enrolled and treated with the self - prepared Jieyu Zaotan Sanyu Decoction and Clomifene Citrate. The therapeutic results and clinical manifes- tations were observed and recorded. The evaluation of result was conducted according to International Stand- ards of Diagnosis and Evaluation Standard of Therapeutic Effect in Gynecology of Traditional Chinese Medi- cine. Results Of 82 cases,61 cases were cured （74.39 % ） , 18 cases improved （21.95 % ） and 3 cases failed （3.66%）. The levels of hormones,body weight and BMI were different significantly after treatment as com- pared with those before treatment （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The combined medication of the self - prepared Jieyu Zaotan Sanyu Decoction and Clomifene Citrate achieves the good efficacy on PCOS compli- cated with infertility. It is the safe therapeutic method and provides the reference for the clinical treatment of infertility in PCOS.
