黄芪注射液联合抗结核药治疗肺结核疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Treated with Astragalus Injection and Anti-Tubercular Agent

目的观察黄芪注射液辅助抗结核药治疗肺结核的临床疗效。方法将163例肺结核患者随机分为两组,对照组80例,治疗组83例。对照组单独使用抗结核西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,加用黄芪注射液静脉滴注。比较两组患者痰菌阴转、病变吸收、空洞闭合及不良反应等情况。结果治疗组痰菌阴转率为98.8%,对照组93.8%;治疗组病变总吸收率为90.4%,对照组78.8%;治疗组空洞闭合率为85.0%,对照组60.5%;治疗组不良反应发生率为7.2%,对照组18.8%。两组比较,差异皆有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄芪注射液与抗结核药联合治疗肺结核,疗效显著,有利于抗结核治疗疗程的顺利进行,可提高治愈率,降低抗结核药物的不良反应。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on pulmonary tuberculosis （TB）treated with Astragalus Injection and anti - tubercular agent. Methods One hundred and sixty - three TB patients were randomized into a control group（ 80 cases）and a treatment group（ 83 cases）. In the control group, the anti- tubercular agent was prescribed singly. In the treatment group, on the basic medication as the control group, the intravenous drop of Astragalus Injection was added. The sputum bacterial negative conversion, pathological absorption, cavity closure and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results The sputum bacterial negative conversion was 98.8% in the treatment group and was 93.8% in the control group,the to- tal absorptive rate was 90.4% in the treatment group and was 78.8% in the control group. The cavity closure rate was 85.0% in the treatment group and was 60.5% in the control group. The incidence of adverse reac- tion was 7.2% in the treatment group and was 18.8% in the control group. All of those indicated the signifi- cant differences in comparison between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The combined medication of Astragalus Injection and anti - tubercular agentachieves the significant efficacy on TB. It benefits the smooth progression of anti - tubercular treatment, improves curative rate and reduces the adverse reaction of anti - tu- bercular azent.
