前列腺炎Ⅰ号对CNP大鼠血清IL-2、IL-6含量的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨前列腺炎Ⅰ号治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的作用机制。方法将70只大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、阳性组、前列腺炎Ⅰ号小剂量组、前列腺炎Ⅰ号中剂量组、前列腺炎Ⅰ号大剂量组。空白组皮下注射1 mL生理盐水,其余各组皮下多点注射前列腺蛋白提纯液与弗氏完全佐剂混合乳剂1 mL,30 d后重复造模1次,45 d后灌胃给药。连续给药4周后,剥取前列腺组织计算前列腺指数,提取血清检测白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量。结果与模型组大鼠血清IL-2、IL-6含量比较,其他各组均较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与阳性组大鼠血清IL-2、IL-6含量比较,前列腺炎Ⅰ号小剂量组较高,差异统计学意义(P<0.05);与前列腺炎Ⅰ号小剂量组大鼠血清IL-2、IL-6含量比较,前列腺炎Ⅰ号中、大剂量组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列腺炎Ⅰ号中、大剂量能有效降低CNP大鼠模型血清IL-2、IL-6的表达水平,从而改善局部免疫功能,抑制炎症反应。 Objective To explore the effect mechanism of Qianliexianyan No. 1 in the treatment of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis (CNP). Methods Seventy rats were randomized into a blank group, a model group, a positive group, a small - dose Qianliexianyan No. 1 group ( small - dose group), a median - dose group and a large - dose group. In the blank group, the physiological saline 1 ml was applied for subcutaneous injection. The mixture emulsion of the purification solution of prostate protein and Freund's complete adjuvant (FAC) , lml was applied for multi -subcutaneous injection in the rest groups for modeling. The modeling was repeated once again in 30 days. The medication via gastric infusion was given in 45 days. After continuous medication for 4 weeks, the prostate tissue was separated for the calculation of prostate index. The serum was collected for the content detection of IL - 2 and IL - 6. Results Compared with the model group, the con- tents of IL - 2 and |L - 6 were all reduced in the rats of the rest groups, indicating the statistically significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with the positive group, the contents of IL- 2 and IL- 6 were higher in the small - dose group,indicating the statistically significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with the small - dose group, thecontents of IL - 2 and IL - 6 were much lower in the media - dose and large - dose groups, in- dicating the statistically significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Qianliexianyan No. 1 at the median and large dose effectively reduces the expressions of serum IL -2 and IL -6 in CNP rat models. It improves the local immune function and inhibits the inflammatory reaction.
