摘要
国有企业是社会主义的经济基础。辽宁省省属国有企业作为全省国有经济的骨干力量,在区域经济社会发展中占有十分重要的地位。进一步加强辽宁省省属国有企业经营管理人才队伍建设,充分发挥各类人才的作用和优势,形成人才资源整体开发的战略布局,对为省属企业改革发展提供人才保证和智力支持具有重要的意义。
The state-owned enterprises are the basis of socialist economy. As the backbone of provincial state-owned economy, the state-owned enterprises administered by Liaoning Province play a very important role in the regional economic and social development. It is of great significance to further enhance the talented staff construction of operation and management of state-owned enterprises administered by Liaoning Province, to fully exert the functions and advantages of different kinds of talents, and to construct the strategic layout of all-around development of human resource, so as to provide talent guarantee and intellectual support for the reform and development of state-owned enterprises administered by the Province.
