On AHP-based Core Competitiveness Evaluation Index System for Local Colleges and Universities

地方高校是一个资源密集型和资源依赖型组织,高校对战略性资源的占有状况通常决定了其竞争力的强弱。以核心竞争力的资源基础理论为依据,可根据高校对战略性资源的掌握情况构建地方高校核心竞争力评价指标体系,并运用AHP法确定各指标体系的权重,有助于更好地识别地方高校核心竞争力。

Local colleges and universities are resource-intensive and resource-dependent organizations.Therefore,the possession of strategic resources often determines their competitiveness.According to the resource-based theory and their possession of strategic resources,this paper builds a core competitiveness evaluation index system for local colleges and universities,which offers us a better identification for each index weight determined by AHP.
