On Current Pre-school Education Major Construction and its Strategies in Secondary Vocational Schools

摘要 目前中职学前教育专业建设面临的问题有师资缺乏与生源激增之间的矛盾、专业培养方向不明确与毕业生就业资格之间的尴尬、生源质量与幼儿教师素质高标准之间的落差。贯彻教育部教师教育(学前教育)专业课程标准,加强学前教育专业课程建设;以促进就业为突破口,发挥专业特长优势;多举措吸引优质生源,逐步提高中职学前专业学生准入门槛等是中职学前教育专业建设与发展的基本策略与路径。国家、社会的共同关注参与也是中职学前教育专业质量获得相应提高的客观条件。 These days pre-school education major construction in secondary vocational schools is confronted with several difficulties:the contradiction between teacher shortage and student enrollment surge,the undesirable graduate employment qualification problems caused by unclear major cultivation aims,and the gap between high pre-school teacher requirement standards and inferior student resources.The basic strategies and paths to deal with those difficulties are to thoroughly conduct the curriculum standards for teacher education(pre-school education) major issued by Education Ministry,to make full use of its advantage as employment breakthrough booster,and to raise its enrollment threshold gradually by taking measures to attract better students,all of which also needs national and social attention for its improvement.
