Study on Innovation Protection of Cultural Creative Industry in the Global Context

创意产业作为20世纪末逐渐兴起的新兴产业,近年来成为推动各国改革及发展的关键钥匙,并被作为战略产业和支柱产业进行积极的推动和扶持。其中,将文化和创意相结合的文化创意产业作为经济发展中重要的环境要素,对实现区域经济的可持续发展、推动综合国力的调高起着不可小觑的作用。文章从文化创意产业的介绍、域外国家的相关法律规制以及对我国文化创意产业模式保护的角度进行探讨,以期对我国文化创意产业创新模式保护提供有益思路。

The creative industry, as a new industry at the end of 20th century,has become a stimulus to reform and development of various countries. This industry, combining culture and creativity, plays an important role in realizing a sustainable development and improving the com- prehensive national power considering that they are very important environmental essentials for economic development. This study introduces the basic information of culture-creative industry and relevant legal regulations in foreign countries, and researches from the perspective of protec- ting China＇ s cultural-creative industry,by which it is hoped to be able to provide a helpful sug- gestion to China＇ s practice.
