基于乘子罚函数法和解耦法的含TCSC电力系统网损优化

摘要 为提高系统运行的可靠性和经济性,在传统的潮流计算基础上加入可控串联补偿器(Thyristor Controlled Series Capacitor,TCSC),可实现对电力系统的网损优化。在不改变原网络节点导纳矩阵对称性的条件下,根据TCSC的基本结构和性质,将TCSC对网络的影响等效为节点附加注入功率,建立了针对可控串联补偿器的网损优化数学模型,并将其作为等式约束条件加入到网损优化模型中,将含TCSC支路功率及TCSC参数约束引入到不等式约束条件中。通过算例验证,用乘子罚函数法和解耦法的计算结果正确,同时也表明了利用可控串联补偿器可以实现网损优化,有利于系统的经济运行。 In order to enhance the reliability and economy of power system operation, this paper proposes, on the basis of power flow, the method to realize optimization of network loss for power system, which is to add thyristor controlled series compensators. It is a method that makes, according to the basic structure and properties of TCSC, the influence of TCSC on network equivalent to the additional injection power of node without changing the symmetry of node admittance matrix of the original network, and establishes the mathematical model for optimization of network loss with TCSC, regarding which as the constraints of equality in optimization model and power of by - pass with TCSC and TCSC parameter as constraints in inequality. The calculation proves that the result worked out by multiplier punitive function method and decoupling method is correct, besides optimization of network loss being realized with the application of TCSC, which is benefit to the economic operation of power system.
