寒区高层建筑外墙外保温体系防火性能分析 被引量:2

摘要 为研究严寒地区高层建筑外墙外保温体系的防火性能,对外保温墙体采用的材料及工艺的不同分别进行了探讨,尤其对当前广泛采用的聚苯乙烯板薄抹灰系统,胶粉聚苯颗粒保温浆料外墙外保温系统,现场喷涂硬质聚氨酯复合胶粉聚苯颗粒外墙外保温系统等进行了对比,分析了不同保温材料的防火性能。结果表明:高层建筑外墙外保温体系防火的关键在于采用防火材料及采取恰当的防火构造措施。 The high-rise building external wall insulation system is generally adopted in cold areas, which is also becoming more frequent fires. External wall insulation by use of different materials were classified, in particular, the current widely used system of thin rendering on polystyrene plate, powder polystyrene particles thermal insulation mortar exterior insulation system, spot spraying of rigid polyure- thane composite powder polystyrene particles exterior insulation systems were discussed, analyzed the combustion characteristics of different insulation materials and showed the exterior insulation system of high-rise building the key elements of security.
