生物酶结合CTAB对造纸活性污泥调理的影响 被引量:2

摘要 使用中性纤维素酶或中性蛋白酶结合表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)调理造纸活性污泥。采用毛细吸水时间测定仪、抽滤和压滤等装置,研究生物酶结合CTAB调理对污泥脱水性能的影响,并与单独使用CTAB调理造纸污泥进行对比。实验结果表明,生物酶结合CTAB调理比单独使用CTAB调理对造纸活性污泥脱水能力有更好的作用效果。 Only using hexadcryl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) and combined using CTAB and engyme (neutral cellulose or neutral protease) for the conditioning of activated sludge of paper mills were studied, the conditioning procedures, the parameters and the testing methods were determined ,the conditioning effect on dewatering property of the sludge was analyged. The results showed that combined en- zyme and CTAB conditioning has better effect on dewatering properties of sludge than single CTAB conditioning.
