中医辨证疗法治疗变态反应性皮肤病的临床疗效

The doctor of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment for allergic skin disease clinical curative effect

目的:探讨中医辨证疗法治疗变态反应性皮肤病的临床疗效。方法:我院皮肤科收治的变态反应性皮肤病患者138例,其中,脾虚湿盛型34例,湿热内蕴型28例,风热相搏型24例,气阴两伤型20例,毒热燔营型18例,气血瘀滞型14例。根据患者的病情和中医辨证分型给予不同的中药治疗。结果:临床治疗效果中,痊愈的患者为62例,占44.93%;临床治疗效果中,显效的患者为48例,占34.78%;临床治疗效果中,好转的患者为18例,占13.04%;临床治疗效果中,无效的患者为12例,占8.70%;临床治疗总有效率达到91.30%。结论:中医辨证疗法治疗变态反应性皮肤病具有良好的治疗效果。

Objective：To explore TCM therapy for the treatment of allergic skin disease clinical curative effect.Methods ：Department of dermatology in our hospital were allergic skin disease in 138 cases patients with spleen deficiency and dampness,which filled type in 34 cases,damp-heat type in 28 cases,wind heat competing type in 24 cases,Yin two wounds in 20 cases,drug fever burnt main type in 18 cases,14 cases of Qi and blood stasis type.According to the condition of patients and syndrome differentiation of TCM for different treatment of tradi tional Chinese medicine.Results：Clinical treatment effect for the patients recovered to 62 cases,accounting for 44.93%;clinical effect in the treatment of patients with markedly to 48 cases,accounting for 34.78%;clinical therapeutic effect of improved in patients of 18 cases,ac counting for 13.04%;clinical therapeutic effect for invalid patients was 12 cases,accounting for 8.70%;clinical total effective rate is 91.30%.Conclusion the TCM therapy in the treatment of allergic skin diseases and has good curative effect.
