Experience in bilirubin metabolism examination teaching of traditional Chinese medical universities

胆红素代谢检查是肝功能实验室检查中的重点和难点。中医院校的学生由于西医基础薄弱,学生在实际理解和运用中存在不少问题。这些问题多是由于未从根本上理解胆红素代谢的过程而引起的,本文总结了一些学习要点以供实习带教中与同学沟通使用。

Bilirubin metabolism examination is the key and difficult points in the laboratory tests of liver function.Due to the weak foundation of Western medicine,there are many problems of TCM colleges students in the practical understanding and application of it.These problems are mostly caused by the absence of a fundamental understanding of the process of bilirubin metabolism,this article summarizes some key learning points for practicing teaching of communication with classmates.
