摘要
乙醛脱氢酶7(ALDH7)是乙醛脱氢酶家族中极其保守的一类蛋白质,该类蛋白质在植株盐胁迫中起重要作用。本研究利用花生表达序列标签(EST)数据库对花生ALDH7基因进行挖掘,得到一个全长为1 524 bp的开放阅读框(ORF),编码508个氨基酸组成的蛋白质,对序列进行结构域分析后确认为ALDH7基因。对花生ALDH7在盐胁迫下的表达模式进行研究,发现0.5%NaCl处理能显著提高根、叶中该基因的表达。进一步通过蛋白质同源性、进化树与蛋白质3D结构的分析,明确花生ALDH7与已知的动植物ALDH7基因在序列、蛋白质结构上同源。
Aldehyde dehydrogenase 7 (ALDH7) is a group of highly conserved proteins in ALDH ( aldehyde dehy- drogenase) family, playing important roles in salt stress. Using EST (expressed sequence tags) database, the estimated ALDH7 gene in peanut was obtained. Based on the analysis of structural domains, its full length open reading frame was 1 524 bp, encoding one protein with 508 amino acids. ALDH7 gene expressions in root and leaf were strongly induced after 0. 5% NaC1 treatment. Furthermore, ALDH7 in peanut was highly homologous with known ALDH7s revealed by the analyses of homology, phylogenetic tree of protein sequences, and three-dimentional of protein structures.
