摘要
为了将种植业和养殖业产生的大量纤维素类物质转化再利用,选育具有更强降解纤维素类物质能力的微生物菌株,将具有一定降解能力的绿色木霉进行He-Ne激光诱变处理,获得菌株ZQF。测定结果表明菌株ZQF产酶能力强,羧甲基纤维素(CMC)酶活性和滤纸酶活性分别为出发菌株的2.0倍和1.8倍,降解纤维素类物质的能力提高了40%。菌株ZQF具有很高的生产应用价值。
In order to select the microbial strains with stronger ability in degrading the eellulosed-based substance generated in the planting and aquaculture industries, the He-Ne laser mutagenic treatment on Trichoderma viride was con- ducted, and then the strain ZQF was attained accordingly. The strain ZQF is strong in producing enzyme, with the carboxy- methylcellulose (CMC) activity and the filter paper enzyme activity being 2.0 times and 1.8 times as strong as the original strains respectively. The degradation of the cellulose substance was increased by 40%. Therefore, strain ZQF has a wide prospect in production.
