不同呈色早熟桃叶片夜间呼吸速率的影响因素 被引量:2

摘要 为研究不同呈色早熟桃叶片夜间呼吸速率生理机制的差异,以露地栽培的7年生早熟夏秋红叶品种早美、绿叶品种锡蜜为试验材料,分别在2012年6、7、8月下旬夜间21∶00时,测定环境因子、碳水化合物含量及呼吸速率等相关指标的变化。结果显示,早美叶片夏季转色过程中主导叶片夜间呼吸速率的是胞间CO2浓度;转色完成初期(8月下旬),主导叶片夜间呼吸速率的是水分利用效率。锡蜜则不同,夏季(6、7月)主导锡蜜叶片呼吸速率的是水分利用效率,8月下旬主导锡蜜叶片呼吸速率的是气孔导度。此外,测定期内,主导锡蜜叶片夜间呼吸作用的环境因子是叶片表面温度,而主导早美叶片的则是CO2浓度、湿度、温度。表明早熟桃叶片夜间呼吸速率除了受环境因子的综合影响外,与其色彩的表达代谢也密切相关。 To study the night respiration of early-maturing peach leaf coloring differently, 7-year-old peach cuhi- vats, red leaf peach Zaomei and green leaf peach Ximi, were used as materials, to determine the environmental factors, carbohydrate contents, night respiration in late June, July and August 2012, respectively. During leaf coloring process of Zaomei in summer, the leading factor affecting leaf night respiration was Ci( intercellular CO2 concentration). In late Au- gust, its leading factor was WUE ( water use efficiency). WUE was responsible for Ximi respiration in summer, and Gs ( stomatai conductance) dominated Ximi respiration in late August. The leading environmental factor for night respiration of Ximi was leaf surface temperature, and were Ca( atmospheric carbon dioxide concentration), H (humidity), Ta( atmospher- ic temperature) for Zaomei. It was concluded that the night respiration of earLy-maturing peach was closely related to leaf coloring besides environmental factors.
