慢性肝病营养评估研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 肝脏作为人体物质代谢的中心，参与糖、脂肪、蛋白质及维生素和微量元素等多种营养物质的代谢，多种因素共同导致慢性肝病患者各类营养物质代谢的异常。国外曾报道高达80％的肝硬化患者存在营养不良。国内孟庆华等报道结果与国外相近，且指出蛋白质-能量营养不良在肝硬化患者中更为常见，需要早期进行营养干预。
