摘要
以丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酰胺、二甲胺和环氧氯丙烷为主要原料,合成了一种真丝酸性染料染色用固色剂SY,并对SY的固色工艺参数进行了分析,得出了较佳的固色剂应用参数。固色剂SY的最佳用量为20 g/L,在70℃下固色35 min,烘干后,在140℃下焙烘3 min。固色后的真丝织物干、湿摩擦牢度达4级或4级以上,皂洗牢度及汗渍牢度也达4级。
Fixing agent SY for acid dyed silk fabric is synthesized with ethyl acrylate, acrylamide, dimethylamine and epichlorohydri as main raw materials. The optimum synthesis process gained after analysis of its process parameters is determined as follows： the optimized usage of the agent SY is 20g/L, the fixation temperature and duration are respectively 70~C and 35rains. After the fabric dried, it should be cured at 140~C for 3mins. The acid dyed silk fabric fixed by SY has fairly good color fastness of 4 or over 4 level with 4 level of soaping fastness also.
