摘要 随着流域水电开发加快,如何实现流域梯级电力生产过程精细化管理是各大流域水电企业越来越重视的问题。在电力生产管理和实践的基础上,提出了一套水电生产过程管理指标体系,尤其是结合企业经营目标提出了"水值"指标,分"平枯期"和"丰水期"两类对指标体系及计算方法进行了详细介绍。最后通过案例计算表明,这些指标体系对水电生产过程具有积极的参考价值,不仅适用于电站生产管理,而且适用于集控中心调度。 With the acceleration of hydropower development, it is increasingly significant for hydropower enterprises to focus on meticulous management of cascade hydropower production. A set of index system of hydropower production is presented on the basis of management and practice experiences of power generation. Particularly, the paper proposes an index of "water value" according to the objective of enterprise management, and introduces two evaluation index systems respectively for normal - dry season and wet season. The corresponding calculation methods are also described. The calculating results show that these index systems have positive reference values both for hydropower production management and scheduling of the centralized control center.
