放射性核素锝[^(99)Tc^m]标记方法在反义显像中的应用进展 被引量:3

摘要 反义显像是核医学显像领域里的重要组成部分。本文以放射性核素锝[99 Tcm]标记寡核苷酸制备反义探针为切入点,对寡核苷酸的99 Tcm标记方法做一综述。主要涉及寡核苷酸标记前的化学修饰、寡核苷酸标记方法的选择和优化、多种不同螯合剂的优势对比,以及一些反义显像的应用。以简单程序化的方式合成稳定而高效的基因反义探针,将给反义显像的发展注入新的动力,并为肿瘤的诊断与治疗带来福音。 Antisense imaging is an important part in the field of nuclear medicine imaging.The method of ^99Tc^m-labeling oligonucleotides was reviewed in this article based on the preparation of antisense oligonucleotide probes.It mainly involves the chemical modification,the appropriate labeling method of oligonucleotides,the advantages of different kinds of chelators,the optimization of the reaction conditions of labeling and the usage in antisense imaging.A simple programmatic way to synthesize a stable and efficient gene antisense probe will provide new impetus in the development of antisense imaging,and bring the goodness to the diagnosis and treatment of tumors.
