摘要
在转移式涂布放卷机工作过程中,纸张需要恒定的张力。放卷张力不稳定会给后级张力造成干扰,出现走纸不稳。此情况极易使纸张出现皱褶、涂料不匀而成为废品。针对以上情况,分析了转移式涂布纸加工过程中放卷电机的工作性能,给出了一种线速度协调式恒张力控制系统模型,提出了由PLC和西门子6RA70直流电机调速器对系统的实现方法。系统利用6RA70自带的S00软件完成控制系统的计算,使系统结构更简单,放卷张力稳定。
A constant tension is needed on the paper during the operating process of the Offset Coater Unwinder.The posterior tension may be disturbed and the coated paper may go forward unsteadily if the anterior unwinding tension is unstable,which may lead to serious consequences that the coated paper is wrinkled and waste.Aiming to deal with the puzzling situation mentioned above,this article gives the analysis of the working performance of the electric machinery used in Offset Coater Unwinder and illustrates the model of the coordinated linear velocity and constant tension control system.The article also introduces the implementation method of the control system that mainly consists of PLC and SIEMENS 6RA70,which ensures that the application of software S00 can effectively simplify the system structure and maintain a constant tension.
