摘要
为达到单台制冷机提供多温区冷量的目的,提出了从脉管冷端和回热器同时取冷的构想并进行了相关实验研究。使用柔性带传导从回热器取出的热量以增强热沉布置的灵活性,计算得出其导热热阻为2 K/W。在不同压缩机输入功率下,实验得到了冷端和回热器的供冷性能曲线图。在压缩机功率达到110 W时,冷端可以在100.5 K提供5 W的冷量,跟回热器相连的热沉可以在147.5K提供3 W的冷量。
To achieve the goal of supplying cooling power at multi-temperature levels, the assumption of obtaining cooling power simultaneously from the cold end and regenerator of a pulse tube cryocooler was proposed and experiments were done. Soft belt which could increase the flexibility of the heat sink was used to conduct the cooling power from the regenerator. The thermal resistance of the soft belt was about 2 K/W by calculation. With different input power of compressor, the curves of performance of cold end and regenerator were attained by experiment. With an input electric power of 110 W, the cold end could supply 5 W cooling power at 100.5 K while the heat sink connected with the regenerator could supply 3 W cooling power at 147.5 K.
