摘要
对不同层数的聚丙烯层压纸(PPLP)在液氮中的工频击穿特性进行研究,总结了击穿场强随PPLP层数的变化规律,得出多层PPLP的击穿场强随着层数的增加而减少并趋于饱和的结论。同时分析了单层与多层击穿机理。单层击穿路径发生在高压电极的边缘,层间液氮的局部放电影响着多层击穿场强是层数越多击穿场强越小的原因。
The multilayer polypropylene laminated paper(PPLP) breakdown characteristic in liquid ni- trogen was studied, changing of the breakdown field strength with the layer number of PPLP was summarized. It is concluded that breakdown field strength of muhilayer PPLP is reduced with the increase of the layer number and tends to saturation. The breakdown mechanism of singer layer and muhilayer was analyzed. Single-layer breakdown path occurs at the edge of the high voltage electrode, partial discharge liquid nitrogen between layers affects the muhilayer breakdown stress. It is the cause that the breakdown stress get smaller when layer number is increased.
