压强对DAATO_(3.5)热分解特性的影响

摘要 采用高压差示扫描量热法(PDSC)和热重-微商热重法(TG-DTG)研究了N-氧化3'3-偶氮双(6-氨基-1,2,4,5-四嗪)(DAATO3.5)在不同压强下的热分解特性.结果表明,DAATO3.5的热分解特性对压强比较敏感.常压下,DAATO3.5在240~257℃内有一个剧烈的放热分解过程,对应一个尖锐的放热分解峰,峰温为250℃,分解放热量为3088J/g;压强至3MPa时,DAATO3.5的分解峰温显著提前至240.5℃;继续增加压强,DAATO3.5的分解峰温呈降低的趋势,但降幅变小,分解放热量则在5 MPa达到最大而后减小.比较不同压强下DAATO3.5的分解区间发现,压强对DAATO3.5的分解区间温度没有明显影响. The influences of pressure on thermal decomposition characteristics of N-oxidiation-3,3'-azobis (6-diamino-1,2,4,5-tetrazine) (DAATO3.5) were investigated by high pressure differential scanning calorimetry (PDSC) and thermogravimetry-derivative thermogravimetry (TG-DTG).The results show that the thermal decomposition characteristics of DAATO3.5 is sensitive to pressure.DAATO3.5 has an intense exothermic decomposition process in the temperature range of 240-257℃ with a sharp exothermic peak at 250℃ and the exothermic quantity of DAATO3.5 is 3088J · g-1 under 0.1 MPa.The thermal decomposition peak temperature of DAATO3.5 is obviously reduced to 240.5 ℃ at 3 MPa and continues slightly to reduce with the increase of the pressure.The exothermic quantity of DAATO3.5 is increased to maximum at 5 MPa then decreased with the increase of the pressure.It was found from the comparision of AT at different pressures that pressure had no significant effect on the decomposition temperature range of DAATO3.5.
