用加速量热仪研究双基发射药的绝热分解特性 被引量:5

摘要 针对固体含能材料的均相反应,用反应物质的转变分数代替反应物密度并引入了绝热升温速率方程。建立了计算绝热动力学参数的理论模型,分析了热惰性因子对测试结果的影响。用加速量热仪研究了双基发射药的绝热分解过程,得到绝热分解温度和压力随时间变化曲线以及温升速率、压力上升速率随温度的变化曲线。结果表明,较大时双基发射药发生缓慢的分解反应,起始分解温度较高;较小时则发生快速的燃烧反应,放热量却大大增加。用速率常数法计算得到了不同时双基发射药绝热分解反应的活化能E和指前因子A。 Aim at homogeneous reaction of the solid energetic materials,the reactant density was replaced by percent conversion which was substituted into the equation for the rate of adiabatic temperature rise.Theoretical model for calculating adiabatic kinetic parameters was established.The effects of thermal inertia factor φ on the results were discussed.The adiabatic decomposition process of double-base propellant was studied by ARC.Temperature,pressure versus time curves,pressure rise and temperature rise versus temperature curves were obtained.By modifying the ARC data,the following observations was obtained:when φ was higher,the slow decomposition reaction happened,and initial exothermic temperature was also much higher; when φ was lower,the intense combustion reaction happened and much more heat emitted.The activation energy E and frequency factor A of the adiabatic decomposition reaction of double-base gun propellant with different φ were calculated and obtained by the velocity constant method.
