平东电厂#6炉引风机抢风问题的分析和对策

Analysis and Precaution on Unstable Operation of Induced Draft Fan in No.6 Boiler of Pingdingshan Pingdong Power Plant

通过变频技术对风机进行改造已经逐渐成为提高发电厂效率的一种方式,但是由于变频改造而出现的风机"抢风"问题对发电厂的安全运行造成了严重威胁。通过对平东电厂引风机变频改造后"抢风"现象进行分析,提出了可行的解决方案。

Frequency conversion technology has been used to fan transformation and become a better way of improve efficiency.But as a result of the frequency conversion, unstable operation of fan may cause serious threat to safety of power plant. In this paper, feasible solutions are proposed through analysis on ＂tack＂ problems from frequency conversion of induced draft fan in Pindong power plant.
