Analysis Solutions and CounterMeasures for Common Problem of Harbin Electric 600MW Generator

本文对哈尔滨电机厂600MW等级发电机近几年出现的三类典型问题:定子绕组端部磨损,转子绕组匝间短路、接地和漏氢原因进行了分析,结合问题处理过程总结了经验。从发电机制造工艺流程及制造过程监理重点制定出有针对性的防范措施,对已投产的发电机提出了检修建议,以期提高发电机运行的安全可靠性。

In this paper, three kinds of typical problems of Harbin electric 600MW generator appeared in recent years are presented, the end of stator winding wear, the rotor winding interturn short circuit and grounding and hydrogen leakage.The reasons of these problem were analyzed.Combining with the problems process the experience was summarized.From generator manufacturing technological processes and manufacturing process supervision, a wave of priority targeted preventive measures were formulated.The maintenance proposals have given to those generator which have been putting into operation in order to improve the safety and reliability of the generators.
