采用反切风改善水冷壁近壁气氛的试验研究 被引量:1

The Study of Improving the Atmosphere of Near the Water-wall using Tangential Wind

摘要 针对大型电站锅炉的水冷壁高温腐蚀问题,以某电厂为例,通过炉内冷态空气动力场试验对五层一次风燃烧器中心标高处的炉膛断面空气运动情况进行测试,以及在不同负荷及工况条件下,对水冷壁贴壁CO气氛进行了抽样测试,结果表明采用反切风改善水冷壁近壁气氛防止煤粉气流贴壁,可以有效地改善近壁还原性气氛,减少高温腐蚀。 For large power plant boiler water wall high-temperature corrosion problems, for example of a power plant, through the furnace cold air dynamic field testing of five primary air burner at the center of the furnace cross-section elevation of the movement of air testing, as well as at different load and working conditions,the water wall adherent CO atmosphere and a sample test,results show that the tangential wind near the water wall to improve the atmosphere to prevent the pulverized coal wall-adherent, can effectively improve the near wall reducing atmosphere to reduce the high-temperature corrosion.
