HPLC法同时测定小儿抗病毒颗粒中黄芩苷和橙皮苷的含量

Determination of hesperidin and baicalin of Xiaoer Kang Bingdu Keli preparation by HPLC

目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法同时测定小儿抗病毒颗粒中黄芩苷和橙皮苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Shim-pack VP-ODS C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸(21∶79∶0.1);流速1.0 ml/min;检测波长:283 nm。结果:橙皮苷在0.260～0.520μg范围内、黄芩苷在0.270～0.720μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(橙皮苷r=0.999 97、黄芩苷r=0.999 96),平均回收率分别为99.37%和101.8%;RSD分别为1.52%和0.63%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便,结果准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

Objective ：To establish an HPLC method to determine simuhaneously the contents of hesperidin and baicalin of Xiaoer Kang Bingdu Keli preparation. Methods：A Shim -pack VP- ODS C18 column（ 150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was used as stationary phase and mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile,water and phosphoric acid （21： 79： 0. 1 （. The flow rate of the mobile phase was set at 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 283 nm. Resuhs：The linear ranges for hesperidin and baicalin lay between 0. 260 and 0.520μg hesperidin, and 0. 270 and 0. 720μg, respectively. The average recoveries of hesperidin and baicalin in the preparation were 99.37% （ RSD was 1.52% ） and 101.8% （ RSD was 0. 629% ） , respectively. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate, and can be applied to the quantirtative determination of hesperidin and baicalin in this preparation.
